II. DISCRETIONARY BUYING THRESHOLD

...The threshold is increased to $200,000 for purchases from a NYS small business; a firm certified as a Minority and/or Women Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) by the New York State Department of Economic Development; or for purchases of commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured (State Finance Law §163(6)).
